Job summary

SourceFlow seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead Cable Jointer teams across Thames Valley, with responsibility for day-to-day operation, staffing, equipment and safety on LV connections, faults and asset maintenance.

Ideal candidates will hold iDNO/DNO authorisation and NRSWA Supervisory qualification, with proven leadership in electrical distribution and a clean driving license. The role requires site oversight and adherence to high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical jointing/operational teams.
• Knowledge of low-voltage distribution networks.
• Strong safety, quality and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Cable Jointers and operational teams.
• Plan new connections, fault works and asset maintenance.
• Support LV fault finding and network restoration.
• Review drawings, records and completion documentation; ensure client specs are met.
