Job description

We are actively seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a social housing contractor in the Boston area on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise gas and electrical operatives, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and performing quality checks on their work.
2. Resolve technical queries and problems, with a split of your time between the office and on-site work.
3. Deliver action plans and allocate work to operatives to ensure timely completion.
4. Liaise with clients and tenants to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.

Experience / Qualifications:

1. Electrical background.
2. Previous experience supervising or leading teams.
3. Qualifications such as 18th edition, 2391, or NVQ Level 3.
4. Experience in social housing or domestic settings.
5. Experience performing quality checks on operatives' work.
