Electrical Property Supervisor

Hours: 37 hours per week (may be required to work out of hours)

Location: Office based – Tarmac Road and out in the community (must have full driving licence)

Job Type: Permanent

Overview:

An exciting opportunity has become available within the Property Services Division for an Electrical Property Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise specialist electrical repair delivery teams of trades colleagues and sub-contractors across all areas of operations.
• Responsible for managing work packages and responsive repairs across the Housing Stock.
• Assist in the management of the performance of teams for programmed, Void, and Responsive Repair work and take any necessary corrective action to address inadequate performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of service and business plans.
• Assist in the management of trades colleagues, apprentices and subcontractors responsible for the delivery of programmed works, voids and adaptations and/or responsive repair works.

About you:

• Can you demonstrate significant experience of working in the built environment and/or maintenance and social housing environment?
• Do you have a qualification in City & Guilds Part I & II Electrical Installation or equivalent NVQ level 3, 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations latest amendment and Inspection & Testing certificate (2391) or equivalent?
