Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Skills Tutor - Electrical to join a well-established FE and Skills provider on a permanent basis in Worksop.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop the next generation of Electrical apprentices and support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, with a competitive salary depending on qualification level and experience.

Qualifications

• Significant industry experience within the Electrical sector.
• Assessor Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent) is required.
• Experience supporting, assessing or mentoring learners/apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to Electrical apprentices.
• Support apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship standards and qualifications.
• Conduct workplace reviews and maintain regular employer engagement.
• Monitor learner progress and provide appropriate support to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ensure all assessment and tracking documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
• Work collaboratively with employers to ensure apprentices develop the required knowledge, skills and behaviours.

• £33,487 per annum (including MFS) - Unqualified
• £38,487 per annum (including MFS) - Qualified

About the Opportunity

We are working with a well‑established Further Education and Skills provider seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Skills Tutor - Electrical to join their growing apprenticeship team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional who is passionate about developing the next generation of Electrical apprentices and supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment to Electrical apprentices.
• Support apprentices in achieving their apprenticeship standards and qualifications.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
