Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd in London is recruiting an Electrical Apprenticeship Assessor on a long-term temporary basis. You will manage a caseload of 30–40 electrical apprentices, conduct assessments, and support portfolio evidence and End-Point Assessment preparation.

The role requires a recognised Assessor qualification (TAQA or A1) and strong electrical installation experience. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, with a competitive rate of £50 per hour.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Apprenticeship Assessor to join a Further Education provider in London on a long-term temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified assessor with a strong background in Electrical Installation to support a caseload of approximately 30-40 apprentices throughout their training programmes. The successful candidate will monitor learner progress, conduct assessments and ensure apprentices are developing the skills and knowledge required to achieve their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of approximately 30-40 Electrical apprentices.

Conduct assessments, progress reviews and monitor learner development.

Support apprentices with portfolio evidence and preparation for End-Point Assessment.

Maintain accurate assessment records and ensure learners remain on track to achieve their qualifications.

Requirements

A recognised Assessor qualification, such as TAQA or A1, is essential.

Strong industry experience and technical knowledge within Electrical Installation.

Previous experience assessing Electrical apprentices.

Excellent organisational, communication and learner-support skills.

Competitive rate of £50 per hour.
