Job summary

Three Sixty Talent is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor for a dynamic role delivering on 11kV and 33kV substation projects across Scotland. You will lead on-site teams, maintain safety and quality, and coordinate activities to keep programmes on track.

The ideal candidate has SSE/SPEN project exposure, a valid SSSTS, and a full UK driving licence. The position offers a permanent, full-time career with travel across Scotland and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical works in power/utilities sectors.
• SSSTS qualification is essential.
• Willingness to travel across Scotland on long-term projects.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams and subcontractors on live projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities to programme.
• Ensure works meet safety, quality and specification standards.
• Conduct site briefings and health & safety compliance checks.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and client representatives.
• Support delivery of 11kV and 33kV substation projects.
