Job summary

Elite Hire Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for leadership of electrical site delivery on new-build housing projects. The role is hands-on, overseeing site teams, labour planning, technical standards, compliance and project delivery.

You will act as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor, sign off electrical certification, manage labour, and ensure installations meet BS7671, Part P and warranty requirements.

Qualifications

• Time-served electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
• Regulatory knowledge including 18th Edition BS7671.

Responsibilities

• Act as NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and sign off electrical Certification.
• Plan and manage labour across multiple live sites.
• Lead electricians, supervisors, testers, mates and apprentices.
• Manage agency and subcontract labour.
