Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Site Manager / Electrical Authorised Person to support the Asset Intelligence team on a Thames Water Security Upgrade site. The role combines site delivery with electrical safety oversight and requires formal assessment under safety procedures.

You will lead electrical installation activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe systems of work, RAMS, and permits are in place while aligning with programme and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager with strong electrical delivery background.
• Understanding of Electricity at Work Regulations and IET Wiring Regulations.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and coordinating isolations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities relating to electrical installation and interfaces.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers and Thames Water representatives.
• Plan and execute electrical works in line with programme, budget, quality and constraints.
• Review RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.
• Lead or support commissioning, live testing and handover activities.
• Communicate progress and risks to Project Manager and client.
