Job summary

Sustainable Talent is seeking a Site Manager in the UK to lead electrical infrastructure projects. The role focuses on managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams, and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations to deliver power refurbishment works on time and safely.

The ideal candidate will have an electrical bias or strong understanding of electrical works, plus experience managing teams on site and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations
• Experience with electrical infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and other site personnel
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with CDM regulations
• Organising resources, labour and site activities
• Maintaining strong communication across the site team and project stakeholders
• Monitoring progress and ensuring works remain on programme
• Attending site meetings and coordinating with other project teams
• Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are maintained
• Supporting the delivery of electrical and power refurbishment works
