Job summary

Powersystems UK Ltd is hiring an Electrical Site Manager for UK energy projects. This role is Bristol-based with site work and overnight stays, offering up to £80,000 OTE plus benefits.

You will lead electrical works on new installations, work hands-on with supervisors, and drive safety and efficiency on site. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in site management within the electrical sector, SMSTS training, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of site management experience on complex electrical installations.
• Successful completion of SMSTS training.
• Electrical qualifications or relevant experience is desirable.
• UK driving license and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all electrical works on new installations sites.
• Work hands on with supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams.
• Assist Installation Team Manager and Operations Manager in day-to-day people management on site.
• Liaise with Project Engineer/Manager to ensure timely delivery and safety posture.
