Job summary

Role/Responsibilities:

• Design review, including scope gaps and clashes
• Short-term programming
• Health & Safety management, including RAMS
• Preparing and submitting technical documents
• Coordinating with sub-contractors
• Managing commissioning stages
• Ensuring Quality Assurance
• Liaising with client teams, main contractors, and sub-contractors
• Participating in progress meetings with all stakeholders

The ideal candidate:

• Has progressed from a tools background with strong technical knowledge of electrical services
• Has experience in commercial fit-out projects
• Has managed projects valued at a minimum of £2M within their discipline
• Possesses at least 3 years of management experience
