Qualifications

• Commercial fit-out experience is essential.
• Experience managing projects of at least £2M.

Responsibilities

• Design review for gap and clash identification.
• Coordination of sub-contractors for project management.
• Ensure health & safety standards through RAMS.

With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principles, the business expects 2025 to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year, they are now looking to increase turnover to £200M, and consequently, they are seeking to expand their operations team. Despite their size, my client is a family-owned and run business, a trait they pride themselves on, with over 80% of their clients using them on multiple occasions because of the nature of the business.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Design review (scope gaps / clashes)
• Short-term programming
• Health & Safety (RAMS)
• Technical submissions
• Sub-contractor coordination
• Management of commissioning stages
• Quality assurance
• Liaising with client team, main contractor, and sub-contractors
• Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams, and clients

The ideal candidate:

• Progressed from a tools background with good technical knowledge of electrical services
• Commercial fit-out experience is essential
• Experience managing projects of at least £2M within your discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role
