Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead a door access replacement project in Crewe. The role involves day-to-day management, coordination of a specialist subcontractor, and ensuring safety and programme compliance.

The project runs for 11 weeks with site hours 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical knowledge, prior site management experience in construction/FM/refurbishment, and a solid RAMS compliance

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience within construction, FM or refurbishment projects.
• Strong technical/electrical understanding.
• Experience managing specialist subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of RAMS and site health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the door access replacement project.
• Oversee and coordinate the specialist subcontractor onsite.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements.
• Review and manage RAMS and site documentation.

Electrical Site Manager

Rate: £300 per day

Duration: 11 weeks

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, technically biased Site Manager to support an 11-week door access replacement project in Crewe.

Working on behalf of a leading national Facilities Management provider, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, overseeing the specialist subcontractor carrying out the door access and associated electrical works.

• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements
