Job summary

Meridian Business Support Limited is recruiting an Electrical Site Manager to work on a state-of-the-art student accommodation project in Manchester near Victoria Park. You will oversee electricians on first and second fix, enforce HSE and QA procedures, RAMS, inductions and coordinate subbies and materials.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an expected duration of 12+ months; immediate start subject to site visit/interview.

Qualifications

• Electrical background with residential and high-rise project experience.
• JIB Card and SSSTS/SMSTS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electricians on 1st and 2nd fix to ensure quality and safety.
• Manage RAMS, inductions, HSE and QA procedures, and coordinate sub-contractors and materials.

Electrical Site Manager

Meridian are looking for an Electrical Site Manager to work for a leading UK M&E contractor on state of the art new-build student accommodation near Victoria Park, Manchester

• 1x Electrical Site Manager required


• £300 - £320 Day Rate(negotioable dependant on experience and qualifications) - CIS or PAYE Equivalent


• Immediate start available (subject to successful application - site visit/interview will be required prior to starting)


• Duration expected to be 12+ months of work


• 40-hours Mon-Fri


• M13 area of Manchester, near Ardwick


• Overseeing Electricians on 1st and 2nd fix, HSE and QA proceedures, RAMS & inductions, and helping manage subbies on site with materials and workload


• Electrical background required, specifically on residential & high-rise projects

JIB Card and SSSTS/SMSTS required
