Job summary

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to work for a leading UK M&E contractor on state-of-the-art new-build student accommodation near Victoria Park, Manchester.

You will oversee Electricians on 1st and 2nd fix, enforce HSE and QA procedures, run RAMS and inductions, and help manage subbies on site with materials and workload. JIB Card and SSSTS/SMSTS are required for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing electricians on 1st and 2nd fix.
• Site RAMS creation and inductions, HSE/QA procedures.
• Manage subbies, materials and workload on residential/high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

Electrical Site Manager

Meridian are looking for an Electrical Site Manager to work for a leading UK M&E contractor on state of the art new-build student accommodation near Victoria Park, Manchester

• 1x Electrical Site Manager required


• £300 - £320 Day Rate(negotioable dependant on experience and qualifications) - CIS or PAYE Equivalent


• Immediate start available (subject to successful application - site visit/interview will be required prior to starting)


• Duration expected to be 12+ months of work


• 40-hours Mon-Fri


• M13 area of Manchester, near Ardwick


• Overseeing Electricians on 1st and 2nd fix, HSE and QA proceedures, RAMS & inductions, and helping manage subbies on site with materials and workload


• Electrical background required, specifically on residential & high-rise projects
