Job summary

Peaple Talent is seeking two Electrical Site Managers for Cardiff/South Wales to lead electrical delivery on commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects. The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong H&S focus and ability to drive programme across multiple teams.

You will manage electricians, subcontractors and site labour, coordinating labour, materials and schedule to ensure safe, on-time delivery to specification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager/Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of site H&S and electrical installation.
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• SMSTS and CSCS card essential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
• Manage electricians, subcontractors and site labour.
• Coordinate labour, materials and programme to keep works on track.
• Drive H&S compliance, RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks.
• Coordinate electrical works with other trades.
• Resolve site issues and maintain programme delivery.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and site teams.
• Ensure installations are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

£50,000 – £55,000 + Progression

We’re looking for 2 Electrical Site Managers to join a growing contractor delivering commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects across South Wales.

This is a hands‑on site leadership role for someone who can take control of electrical delivery, lead teams and keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to programme.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors, with genuine responsibility for site delivery, quality and H&S.

What You’ll Be Doing
