Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a range of commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects from planning through handover. You will work with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure delivery on time and to the highest standards.

The role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations in a growing business setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Senior Electrical Supervisor or similar.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project programmes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Attend client meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews.
• Manage procurement and allocation of materials and resources.
• Produce project reports and provide regular performance updates.
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality throughout every project.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing projects from initial planning through to final handover. • Proven experience as an Senior Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

• HNC, HND, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.
• ECS or CSCS Card.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
• Experience within an M&E contracting environment.
• Knowledge and experience of Procore software.
