Energy Jobline ZR in Cardiff, Wales is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to lead on commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects. You will drive electrical installation activities, manage electricians and subcontractors, and coordinate labour and the project programme.

You will bring SMSTS and CSCS Card, plus NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, to ensure strong site H&S and quality. Salary £50,000–£55,000 with progression, and a clear path to major site delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of site H&S and electrical installation.
• SMSTS – essential and CSCS Card essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical installation activities.
• Manage electricians, subcontractors and site labour.
• Coordinate labour, materials and programme.
• Drive H&S compliance, RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for 2 Electrical Site Managers to join a growing contractor delivering commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects across South Wales.

This is a hands‑on site leadership role for someone who can take control of electrical delivery, lead teams and keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to programme.

You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors, with genuine responsibility for site delivery, quality and H&S.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day‑to‑day electrical installation activities
• Manage electricians, subcontractors and site labour
• Coordinate labour, materials and programme
• Drive H&S compliance, RAMS and safe systems of work
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality checks
• Coordinate electrical works with other trades
