Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer – £47,000 – Wembley

Location: Wembley

Salary: £47,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Hours: 4 ON 4 OFF Days & Nights

Our client is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer to oversee Electrical PPMs, Reactive Maintenance, and other building services. The role offers a salary of £47,000, overtime, pension, and career stability.

Duties:

• Perform daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Handle emergency callouts
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
• Assist with toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Demonstrate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, fault finding
• Manage BMS – Head End Controls
• Maintain HVAC plant, VAV, VRV systems, water treatment, PAT testing

Requirements:

• Trade trained with approximately 3 years’ experience in building services
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
• Motivated to succeed and learn
• Strong building services knowledge
