Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer - Canary Wharf, East London - Up to £49,000

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company in Canary Wharf, East London, at a prominent corporate office building managed by a major property management firm. The role involves carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate is a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services, working in a high-profile corporate environment. Due to the nature of the client, a security check will be required.

Hours:

Continentals shifts, days and nights - 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00

Requirements:

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations
• Client-facing experience
• Experience in commercial building maintenance

Duties include:

• Electrical and mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Maintenance of emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC systems, and water treatment
• Working on three-phase and single-phase systems, building management systems, and electrical monitoring
• Air conditioning, chillers, pumps, motors, and VSDs
• Servicing large commercial office environments for blue-chip companies
• Collaborating within a small maintenance team to deliver excellent service
