Job Title: Mobile Electrical Engineer

Location: Sites in Forest Hill & West End

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8-5

Requirements: DBS clearance required, EU work permit

Role Overview and Purpose

An electrically biased maintenance engineer responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), installations, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and building fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the onsite supervisor, including fault finding, testing, repair, and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment.
• Carry out various non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks.
• Work on cooling towers.
• Update completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system.
• Perform small electrical installation work.
• Adhere to company QA and site procedures.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Work from platforms and ladders safely.
• Maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and operational condition.
• Contribute proactively to the success of the contract with a positive approach.

Required Skills and Experience
