Job summary

Gold Group in Kirkcaldy, Scotland seeks a Technical Services Manager (Electrical Background) to oversee electrical and hard services on the NHS Fife contract. You will lead a technical team, ensure service levels, manage safety and compliance, and report on performance and energy usage.

The role requires an HNC/HND in electrical discipline or equivalent, with 5+ years of post-qualification contract management experience.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical discipline or equivalent.
• Recognised Electrical qualifications and/or fully qualified Electrician.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a similar contract management role.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial management skills.
• Experience delivering hard services to contractual standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical workforce to deliver contract obligations.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance with accurate recording.
• Control CAFM systems for planning and asset registers.
• Maintain Safe Systems of Work and Permit to Work processes.
• Lead AP/CP resources and coordinate additional works and procurement.
• Manage external supply chain performance and safety.
• Produce monthly contract performance and energy management reports.
• Act as principal client contact and attend stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual documentation.
