Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is offering an Electrical Services Manager role in Tonbridge, Kent. The role focuses on overseeing the electrical compliance contracts, leading a multidisciplinary team, and visiting sites to price works and provide technical support.

The successful candidate will have an electrical qualification, a strong compliance background, and be prepared to drive and manage multiple projects within the South East region.

Qualifications

• Electrical NVQ Level 3 with 18th Edition and 2391 or equivalents.
• Commercial electrical contracting, maintenance and compliance background.
• Experience leading electricians and scheduling teams.
• Full UK driving licence; commutable to Tonbridge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day electrical compliance contracts department.
• Directly manage schedulers, contract admins, supervisors and electricians.
• Visit clients on site, price remedial works, provide technical support.
• Perform technical audits and site inspections.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Project Managers to grow the business.

Salary: GBP55000 - GBP60000 per annum + Car/Car allowance, private healthcare

Position: Electrical Services Manager

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

We currently have an opportunity available with a well-established contractor within the electrical sector who have specialised in providing electrical compliance services to prestigious commercial clients across London and the South East for the past 20+ years.

Electrical Services Manager Job Overview

• Overseeing the day-to-day electrical compliance contracts department within the company
• Directly managing a team of schedulers, contract administrators, electrical supervisor’s and both employed and contracted electrician’s
• Visiting clients on site, pricing remedial and small works, and providing technical support to engineers and clients
• Carrying out technical engineering audits and site inspections
• Working alongside the Senior Leadership Team and Project Manager’s to assist in the overall growth of the business

Electrical Services Manager Job Requirements

• Electrically-qualified – holding Electrical NVQ Level 3, 18 th Edition, and 2391 Inspection and testing (or equivalents)
• Strong background within the commercial electrical contracting sector, ideally from a maintenance and compliance background
• Strong understanding of electrical compliance certification including EICRs and NICEIC certifications
• Previous experience managing teams of electrician’s and/or admin and scheduling teams#
• Full UK driving licence, and based within a commutable of Tonbridge, Kent
