Job summary

Red Rock Consultants Ltd in Telford is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead electrical contracts from tender through to completion across Midlands projects in sectors including new build, commercial, office and industrial, with healthcare exposure.

This hybrid role covers home, office and site-based duties with Midlands-based projects ranging from £100k to £4m+ M&E packages; a company car or car allowance is provided, and a pension scheme is available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• 2391 Inspection & Testing - desirable.
• SMSTS - desirable.
• CSCS / ECS card - desirable.
• Relevant HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services - desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising electrical contracts from tender through to completion.
• Working across sectors including new build, commercial, office and industrial projects, with some healthcare exposure.
• Projects range from approximately £100k up to £4m+ M&E packages.
• Hybrid position with home working, office-based responsibilities and regular site visits across the Midlands.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join an established M&E contractor based in Telford, with projects primarily across the Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising electrical contracts from tender through to completion, working across a range of sectors including new build, commercial, office and industrial projects, with some healthcare exposure. Projects can range in value from approximately £100k up to £4m+ M&E packages, providing the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of technically challenging projects. This is a hybrid position, combining home working, office-based responsibilities and regular site visits across the Midlands.
