Job summary

Niyaa People is actively seeking an Electrical Manager to lead commercial electrical projects from design through to completion. You will oversee site teams, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and timely delivery across multiple sites.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary up to £62k, a company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, private healthcare after 3 months, and pension after 3 months, with opportunities to develop key client relationships and grow the project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading, supervising, and developing electrical teams.
• Experience delivering projects in fast-paced environments under pressure.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management experience.
• 2391 and 18th/NVQ Level 3 qualifications.
• NICEIC certification/experience.
• Experience working on commercial properties.
• Experience as a QS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from design through to successful completion.
• Ensure all work meets industry regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct testing and commissioning activities to guarantee system performance and reliability.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing expert guidance and maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong relationship-building skills, with experience managing and nurturing key client accounts and stakeholder partnerships
• 2391 and 18th/NVQ level 3
• NICEIC certification/experience
• Experience working on commercial properties
• Experience as a QS is desirable
