Job summary

Tesco is seeking an Electrical Service Maintenance Technician to cover Basingstoke and surrounding sites. This hands‑on, full‑time, on‑site role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance across store systems and equipment, ensuring safety, compliance and a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 – Electrical (or equivalent)
• EICR remedial works experience
• Apprenticeship or trade proficiency test / relevant trade experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs with external contractors and seamlessly manage issues.
• Work collaboratively with Tesco store teams to maintain equipment and facilities.
• Follow planned work schedules to achieve first-time fixes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and functional environment for customers and colleagues across stores.
• Utilise tablets and mobile devices to drive updates and field communications.
