Job summary

MTrec Ltd Technical is supporting a market-leading engineering client seeking an Electrical Service Engineer. You will perform local site work with some travel, install and maintain electrical distribution gear, and diagnose faults across varied equipment.

The role requires 18th Edition skills, NVQ3 in Electrical Installation, and a driving licence. You will contribute to safety through risk assessments and method statements while delivering strong customer service and building lasting client

Qualifications

• Must be time served or hold relevant equivalent.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Driving licence.
• Relevant experience as a service engineer.
• Proven experience across a wide range of equipment and systems.
• Able to deliver high level of customer care and build long-standing relationships.
• Ability to organise and prioritise to meet diverse activities.

Responsibilities

• Local work and some working away.
• Electrical installation work and maintenance.
• Work on multi-core cable, cable tray, containment and testing on completion.
• Install electrical power distribution equipment and termination of LV cabling.
• Maintain electrical power distribution equipment.
• Systems testing and fault diagnosis.

• Maintain electrical power distribution equipment.
