Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. is recruiting for an established client based in Stafford (ST16) for a Refurb Technician. The role involves diagnostic testing of electrical items that have faults, with full training provided.

Repairs are made where possible so items can be reused, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position requires the ability to handle power tools and electrical equipment, work to deadlines, and operate within a team or independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience refurbishing returned products to safety standards.
• Familiarity with COSHH regulation is beneficial but not essential.
• PAT testing certificate or training will be provided and must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish returned products for onward sale.
• Handle chemicals and cleaning liquids/gases to facilitate testing.
