Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Qualifying Supervisor (Electrical) in Dudley. You will coordinate electrical works from booking through to completion, act as the main contact for clients, and supervise engineers on national projects with a hybrid office pattern.

The role requires an electrical background with 18th Edition and 2391, plus confident client communication and willingness to travel. Salary £50,000-£55,000 plus £5,000 car allowance, with progression toward Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Electrical background with 18th Edition.
• 2391 - Test and Inspect.
• Operational supervisor/manager experience or senior site electrician stepping up.
• Confident communicator with client-facing skills and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical works from booking through to completion.
• Act as key point of contact for clients.
• Based from Dudley with nationwide travel as required.
• Hybrid pattern: 3 days in the office, managing engineers and resolving on-site queries.
