Rise Technical Recruitment Limited are looking for a Qualifying Supervisor (Electrical) based in Dudley with nationwide travel. You will coordinate electrical works, brief engineers, manage on-site questions and keep clients updated to ensure projects run smoothly and professionally.

The role offers £50,000-£55,000 plus £5,000 car allowance, hybrid pattern (3 days in the office), training provided, and clear progression toward an Operations Manager as you help deliver nationwide electrical

Dudley (Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, West Bromwich, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Birmingham, Halesowen, Bromsgrove)

Are you a Qualifying Supervisor (Electrical) looking to step into a role where you can build something and progress into management? Do you have an electrical background and the confidence to run sites, support engineers, and deal directly with clients nationwide?

This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established specialist contractor bringing a key function in-house, giving you the platform to shape processes, take ownership, and be recognised for the impact you make.

You'll join a business delivering design, installation and maintenance services on multiple projects at once, working with a wide range of commercial and industrial clients while the company continues to grow and add headcount.

In the role you'll coordinate works from booking through to completion, brief engineers, manage on-site queries and keep clients updated, ensuring jobs are delivered smoothly and professionally across the UK.
