Job summary

Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick is seeking an Electrical QA/QC Inspector to join our team on major projects in the UK. You will carry out inspections of electrical installations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

You will maintain records, support QMS development, and participate in internal and supplier audits while promoting quality and safety across the project teams. Strong Excel skills and ability to read drawings are essential, with a proactive, independent work style and

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality assurance and QC inspections on electrical installations.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Support the development and maintenance of the QMS.
• Assist in preparation of quality procedures, ITPs, and Quality Plans.
• Identify non-conforming products and help with corrective actions.
• Participate in internal and supplier audits and produce audit reports.
• Ensure equipment calibration records are kept.
• Promote culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure activities align with health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
