Job summary

Jones Engineering is seeking an Electrical QAQC Manager to maintain the Electrical Quality Management System and lead quality for projects across Europe. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client specifications are met and project quality plans are executed.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in QA/QC, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and travel to Ireland and Mainland Europe sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a similar QA/QC role is essential.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and schematics.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality ethos for projects and ensure Right First Time execution.
• Manage the Quality team including QA, NDT, and handover staff.
• Oversee project QA documentation and handover to clients.
• Review and approve 'First of a Kind' mock-ups and test packs.
• Coordinate with client and site teams on handover dates and snag resolution.
