Job summary

Rogers McHugh is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee delivery across the South East, combining technical design, estimating and procurement with hands-on site coordination and supervision of electricians and subcontractors. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from design reviews to on-site progress checks and cost control.

Location: Luton; Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum plus car allowance.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with experience delivering electrical installation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple strands: design, estimating, procurement and site delivery.
• Comfort coordinating electricians and electrical subcontractors and reviewing designs.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day management and technical coordination of electrical projects across the South East.
• Coordinate labour, monitor programmes, attend site meetings and resolve delivery issues.
• Review drawings, calculate loadings, obtain quotations and build up accurate project costs.
• Procure materials, manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery within budget.
