A leading M&E Contractor based in Essex is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to manage multiple projects in live environments across London. You will oversee project delivery from start to finish while reporting to a Senior Project Manager. Essential qualifications include electrician certification and live environment experience. The position offers £300 - £320 a day on a temporary basis until January 2026, with a start date in early October.

THE COMPANY

My client are a M&E Contractor who are based in Essex.

Since their conception in 2016, they now employ over 50 people in the business and turnover over £7million.

They specialise in live environment projects which include Medical, Offices and banks across London. Project values generally fall between £250k - £500k.

They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager (with mechanical and fabric knowledge) to join the team on a Temporary basis and can offer work up until the end of January 2026.

Looking to start early October.

THE JOB – ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Monday – Friday / 7am – 4pm

The Electrical Project Manager will be Site & Office Based, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and will have a Site Manager beneath them.

The sites will all be within live environment and you will be running multiple projects at one time within the £250k - £500k value range.

You will be responsible for Project Delivery from start to completion and will be running up to 2 projects at any one time.

Experience in the above is essential.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Electrician by trade (JIB Gold Card or Black Card)
• Prince2 (desirable)
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Live environment experience is essential.

RATES

• £300 - £320 a day (CIS)
