Bigblue Search Ltd is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical installations on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in London and the Home Counties. The role requires ownership from pre-start through to completion, coordinating with main contractors, clients and consultants to keep programmes on track.

The ideal candidate will manage electrical packages, supervise onsite teams, monitor costs and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

I'm working with a well-established electrical contractor that delivers high-quality electrical installations across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and wider building projects.

They're looking for an Electrical Project Manager who knows how to get a job delivered properly. Someone who can take ownership from pre-start through to completion, manage the detail on site and build strong relationships with main contractors and clients.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work on varied projects where quality, communication and programme delivery genuinely matter.

What will you be doing?

• Managing electrical installation packages from pre-construction and pre-start through to practical completion and handover.
• Planning and coordinating electrical works around the wider construction programme.
• Working closely with main contractors, clients, consultants and other trades to keep projects moving.
• Managing electricians, subcontractors, labour requirements and material procurement.
