Job summary

Brookfield M&E Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical installations in commercial fit-out projects in London. You will manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.

You will lead site supervisors and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and contractors, and handle procurement, cost tracking and variations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical project delivery on commercial fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients, main contractors and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Electrical Project Manager.

I am currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage the delivery of electrical installation on commercial fit out projects in London.

You will take responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Electrical Project Manager Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager
• A strong electrical trade or technical background.
• Experience managing project programmes, budgets and site teams.
• Good knowledge of electrical installations and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant electrical qualifications; SMSTS and an appropriate ECS/CSCS card are desirable.
