Zusammenfassung

Kier Group is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer for the United Utilities Water Framework team in the North West. The role involves coordinating electrical design, procurement, installation, inspection, testing and handover across water assets, with a focus on right-first-time delivery.

You will work within a multi-discipline team, supporting design development through construction completion, coordinating RAMS, permits and handover records while ensuring CDM and health & safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering electrical and ICA works on capital projects in water/utilities or regulated environments.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems including MCCs, LV distribution and instrumentation.
• Able to read and coordinate electrical drawings, specifications and schedules.
• HNC/HND or degree in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Proactive, organized with excellent interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate electrical and ICA work packages including MCCs, LV distribution, cabling, drives, instrumentation and PLC/SCADA interfaces.
• Review electrical design information and ensure buildability and compliance with standards.
• Support procurement and package management including scope development and tender reviews.
• Produce RAMS, permits, inspection/test plans and handover records.
• Ensure engineering delivery complies with CDM, health and safety and UU standards.
