Elite Hire Solutions in Birmingham is seeking a Junior Electrical Project Manager to move from an electrical site role into a managing position. This permanent, on-site role offers full training and a clear pathway into project management, with salary negotiable based on experience.

You will support delivery of commercial electrical building services, work alongside experienced managers, learn to manage programmes, subcontractors and project costs, and develop into full project responsibility

Qualifications

• Electrical building services background required.
• Currently working on site or in an electrical role.
• Strong desire to move into Project Management.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of commercial electrical building services projects.
• Work closely with experienced Project and Contracts Managers.
• Learn how to manage programmes, subcontractors, and project costs.
• Develop into full project responsibility over time.
