Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our growing team in support of a major nuclear infrastructure programme. You will lead electrical engineering activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring safe, compliant design, installation, testing and commissioning, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supply chain partners.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering with professional body membership where applicable.
• Working towards or holding IEng/CEng status.
• Experience delivering electrical packages on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing electrical installations through design, procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Experience in multidisciplinary teams and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage electrical work packages and associated deliverables.
• Support construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Review and approve technical drawings and submissions.
