Job summary

Chivas-Brothers is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to drive electrical Capex projects in a distillation and maturation setting. You will draft technical specs, support FEED and detailed design, and coordinate with suppliers, operations, and the global engineering team to deliver compliant outcomes.

You will contribute to the electrical upgrade programme, assist with FAT/SAT activities, and ensure asset documentation and post-handover support are in place for reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar).
• Experience delivering engineering projects in a production/process environment.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute top spend Capex projects in time and within cost.
• Draft technical specs using Global Technology Templates and regional standards.
• Support FEED and detailed design studies for Capex.
• Develop Electrical Upgrade programme with Senior PM support.
• Assist in procurement and vendor selection and constructability reviews.
• Align with Global Engineering on equipment and regional standards.
• Participate in FAT/SAT with start-up leads for performance checks.
• Provide technical support post handover to Operations.
