Emtec Building Services in Glasgow is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our Building Services team. You will work with Project Managers, commercial, design and site teams to deliver electrical building services projects from pre-construction to completion.

You will coordinate activity, monitor progress and quality, and ensure clear communication of technical information across the team. A strong electrical building services background and UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical building services experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and building services.
• Experience in a Project Engineer, Electrical Engineer or similar project-based role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident working with site teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Good attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of electrical building services projects.
• Coordinate electrical works across site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with project programmes, procurement and key milestones.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Support design coordination and resolve technical queries.
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on variations and project costs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Provide regular updates and help identify risks or issues early.
