Job summary

Marshall Land Systems Ltd is seeking an Electrical Production Supervisor for an onsite role in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. You will lead electrical production teams, ensuring projects hit delivery targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, capability to read drawings, and expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Onsite responsibilities support cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Engineering and Quality teams.

Qualifications

Electrical experience in production environments with leadership responsibilities.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of quality, safety, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and coordinate day-to-day Electrical Production activities.
Provide direction and support to Team Leaders, ensuring labour and resources are effectively allocated.
Monitor progress against schedules and take corrective action to meet delivery commitments.
Ensure activities are conducted safely and in line with priorities.
Drive performance, planning and continuous improvement across the department.
