Job summary

Marshall Land Systems in Merthyr Tydfil seeks an Electrical Production Supervisor to lead Electrical Production teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery of projects. The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Planning and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations and company standards.

You will drive production planning, resource allocation, and performance management while fostering a high-performing team culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing or similar.
Leadership or supervisory qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and coordinate daily activities of Electrical Production teams.
Provide direction to Team Leaders and skills/resource allocation.
Monitor progress against schedules and take corrective action.
Ensure safety and adherence to priorities and standards.
Identify and mitigate production risks with stakeholders.
Drive Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
