Qualifications

• Proven technical leadership with accountability for Electrical (and wider MEP) engineering services on complex, high-profile projects.
• End-to-end experience across work winning and live delivery, providing robust governance, assurance and technical excellence pre and post contract.
• A progressive, challenging mindset, bringing fresh ideas that raise standards and enhance technical outcomes across projects and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for adherence to relevant business processes, undertaking Design Reviews, coaching of MEP Designers & management of technical actions.
• Attendance, contribution & collaboration regarding: -‘Making a Great Start' & Strategy Presentations & IPD Workshops.
• Technical accountability for the mechanical engineering services for the project.
• Accountability for technical assessment, coaching and development of Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers & Project Managers & Engineers.
