Job summary

SES Engineering Services in London is seeking an Electrical Principal Technical Manager to lead the SES South team on complex mechanical and electrical projects. You will provide technical leadership across pre- and post-contract phases and manage design reviews, governance, and delivery.

You will coach leaders, oversee MEP engineering services, and drive excellence across project portfolios while supporting work winning and live delivery. DBS checks will apply on offer.

• End-to-end experience across work winning and live delivery, providing robust governance, assurance and technical excellence pre and post contract.

Responsibilities

SES Engineering Services are looking for an Electrical Principal Technical Manager to join our SES South team focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

What you'll be doing

Our Principal Technical Managers are a valuable part of our business, and their role will encompass both work winning and the delivery of live projects whilst providing strong functional leadership, management, governance and excellence for all engineering activities pre and post contract, across either a single large project or portfolio of projects.

As our Principal Technical Manager, you will:

• Be accountable for adherence to relevant business processes, undertaking Design Reviews, coaching of MEP Designers & management of technical actions.
