SES Engineering Services are looking for a Principal Electrical Technical Manager to join our SES North team, focusing on high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

You will lead on work winning and live delivery, providing strong governance and engineering leadership across projects, with opportunities to influence pre- and post-contract activities.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for adherence to relevant business processes and design reviews.
• Coach MEP designers and manage technical actions across projects.
• Provide technical governance for mechanical and electrical services pre- and post-contract.
• Lead and develop Preconstruction Leaders, Design Project Managers, Project Managers and engineers.
