Job summary

Freedom is recruiting a Preconstruction Manager (Electrical) in Scotland. You will lead design and build projects, drive constructability reviews, and provide construction-level input into schedules and the project quality plan.

Occasional travel to offices and sites is required, with a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive package. You will oversee design teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction, delivering projects efficiently and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in preconstruction and construction management.
• Proven ability to lead teams of construction managers, supervisors, and site engineers.
• Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Lead design & build projects and manage the three project phases (Tender, Post-Contract Award, Construction).
• Provide constructability reviews and input into schedules and quality plans.
• Support site issues, provide technical guidance, and drive lessons learned for future projects.
