Freedom, part of the NG Bailey Group, seeks an Electrical Preconstruction Manager to lead design review and constructability for large-scale projects. The role blends design guidance with construction readiness, requiring strong leadership of design engineers and site teams.

The position is hybrid in Scotland with travel to offices and sites, and champions chartership while offering a competitive package, car allowance, and flexible benefits.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in preconstruction and construction management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of construction managers, supervisors, and site engineers.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, OH&S, and SHEQ.
• HND in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent qualification).
• Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH).

Mansioni

• Lead design and build projects with focus on three phases: Tender, Post-Contract Award, Construction.
• Lead constructability reviews and contribute to project schedules and quality plans.
• Provide site support and technical guidance to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct lessons learned reviews to improve future project execution.
