Job summary

Freedom, part of the NG Bailey Group, invites applications for a Senior Preconstruction Manager (Electrical) to oversee design teams and bridge preconstruction to construction. The role focuses on constructability reviews, schedule input, and risk management across multiple projects, with occasional travel.

You will lead design-to-construction handovers, manage teams of engineers and site staff, and drive project efficiency through strong stakeholder engagement and technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in preconstruction and construction management.
• Proven ability to lead teams of construction managers, supervisors, and site engineers.
• Knowledge of OH&S and SHEQ standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews, ensuring designs are practical for construction.
• Provide construction-level input into the project schedule and quality plan.
• Assist in managing the project risk register and health & safety file.
• Support the transition from design to construction.
• Provide site support and troubleshooting of construction issues as they arise.
