Freedom is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager (Electrical) to lead a team of design engineers and ensure a smooth handover from preconstruction to construction on large multidisciplinary projects in Scotland.

You will drive constructability reviews, provide input into schedules and risk, and maintain health and safety standards while coordinating design feasibility and onsite support.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in preconstruction and construction management.
• Ability to lead and manage teams of construction managers, supervisors and site engineers.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, OH&S and SHEQ.
• HND in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent).
• Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH).

Responsabilités

• Oversee design and build projects across tender, post-contract and construction phases.
• Lead constructability reviews and provide input into project schedules and quality plans.
• Assist in risk registers and health and safety documentation; support design-to-construction transitions.
• Provide site support and technical guidance to ensure design feasibility.
